NOTE: All fees are for Club Lighthouse / Lighthouse PLZ Members. We work only with our Members.

1. Club Lighthouse - The most effective method of improving your practice in terms of both cost and lasting use is to participate in Club Lighthouse, our innovative on-line community of dental practices from around the world. To learn more about Club Lighthouse, click here.


2. PracticeWorks technical support - (Click here for detailed description of what we do and don't do): $195 per hour, 10 minute minimum. Billed to your credit card immediately after the session.


3. General technical support - $195 per hour, 10 minute minimum. Billed to your credit card immediately after the session.


4. On-site visits - $249 per hour, plus all travel and related expenses. 10 hour minimum per day unless other arrangements are made. Payable in full at the end of the visit.


5. Remote consulting - (before, after or instead of an on-site visit; may or may not involve a remote connection to your computer): $195 per hour. 10 minute minimum. Billed to your credit card immediately after the session. (Click here for a more detailed description of a remote visit.)


6. All questions, help, support, etc. that can reasonably be handled through the Club Lighthouse Forums are included in the Club subscription at no extra cost.


7. Creation of PracticeWorks Analysis Experts - (Click here for a detailed explanation.) $195 per hour, one hour minimum. Billed to your credit card.


8. Creation of user-defined Contact Experts, Forms, Documents, etc. will usually be included in the Club subscription. Unusually complex items, and items that are very specific to a particular practice, may require a separate fee. $195 per hour, 30 minute minimum. Billed to your credit card.
